Yes, while CoCoAV will handle the permits with the city, you will sign a waiver (attached above) acknowledging the hazardous nature of the work, and that you are willing to accept responsibility for any liability resulting from the clean-up.

We host clean-ups once a month on Saturdays. To sign up and be sent more details, fill out the form here

*Those wishing to participate are asked to wear a mask and follow all COVID-19 guidelines*

  • We provide trash bags and free trash collection/disposal
  • We provide hard hats, safety vests, and gloves
  • We recommend wearing a hat, sunglasses, light-colored clothing, long pants, and comfortable, closed-toed boots (Note: This is highly recommended to protect yourself from scorpions)
  • We recommend bringing plenty of sunscreen and water

You will sign or turn in your waiver (attached above), and meet with the clean-up director who will provide a brief overview of what to bag, what to move, and what to leave. We encourage you to review this information beforehand with the downloadable graphic also listed above.
